Our Main Aims

Our objectives are set out below:WALES-MAP

  • To proclaim the Gospel of The Lord Jesus Christ in a school’s setting.
  • To encourage, support, and co-ordinate such work on the basis of a common faith.
  • To ensure the safety of children whilst this work is being carried out by implementing a child protection policy and to check all those involved for their suitability for the work.
  • To ensure the safety and support of those engaged in the work by providing advice, ensuring and maintaining standards of practice, providing a code of practice and legal and insurance back up where required.
  • To provide a recognised body under which all those seeking to do such a work could operate and thus giving schools, churches, parents and workers alike a degree of accountability and credibility which would otherwise not exist.
